Diabetes overview
Diabetes mellitus is a disease which is recognized as the blood sugar level goes high. For some, this is different and the blood sugar is in a moderate form yet not normal which is known as diabetes. To make the study more intense, we need to move into the types of diabetes. Type I, Type II and gestational diabetes are the forms of diabetes habitually found.
Type I
Type I diabetes is usually seen in children than adults. The treatment for such diabetes is to track the blood sugar levels and later if not recovered, the patient should be injected insulin. However, Diabetes type I is amended easily with the help if insulin shots on a daily basis along with proper food control.
Type II
A prominent feature about type II diabetes is the intensity of the disease. Here, the patient is lacked by resistance power to fight as the insulin level goes considerably down. The ideal ailment for this particular type of diabetes is to control the diet and practice cardio exercise or brisk walking.
Gestational diabetes
As the term suggests, this particular form of diabetes is caused as a woman is pregnant. A particular feature of this diabetes is that, in most cases, the disease would vanish as delivery occurs. However, the patient is to be cautious as this mode of diabetes affects the baby also. The baby turns to be overweight and in certain instances premature birth happens.
Howsoever, the treatment differs for each patient. It is the individual’s duty to dig out the reasons for his/her diabetes and work for amendment.
